Psychotherapy is a means of personal exploration,
change, development, and healing. Standard psychotherapeutic techniques
are integrated with spiritual (prayer, meditation, etc.) and physical
(exercise, rest, yoga, diet, etc.) practices to foster individual
aliveness, personal growth, and overall well-being. The individual
plays an integral role in his/her therapeutic process, and self-understanding,
-management, -confidence, and -esteem are enhanced.

This autobiographical review is a guided exploration
of individual development in all life spheres (physical body, emotional
life, interior life, social life, spiritual life, education, and
career). Written questions and oral dialog created an increased
awarness of innate qualities and personal gifts, and of difficulties
which limit their full realization and expression. The process builds
self-understanding and appreciation while identifying limitations,
areas of growth, and priorities which guide change and integration.
This directed life-review provides a clear picture of current well-being
and an overall perspective of one's life.

A full review of career satisfaction, development,
obstacles, successes, challenges, disappointments, emerging directions,
and overall status, this process begins with family influence on
career and examines other factors which affect career development.
Various tools (genograms, work autobiography, career-oriented testing,
multiple intelligence evaluation, and career inventory) identify
career resources and chart the unfolding of one's work life. A comprehensive
picture linking past and present is created, and recommendations
for the future are made.
